3. Booking and Appointments

All services are provided by appointment only. We recommend booking in advance to ensure availability.

  • Appointments can be made via WhatsApp or phone call
  • 24-hour notice is required for appointment cancellations
  • Late arrivals may result in rescheduling
  • Vehicle must be clean and dry upon arrival

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are subject to change without notice.

  • Payment is due upon completion of services
  • We accept cash, bank transfer, and credit cards
  • Prices include GST where applicable
  • Custom quotes available for special requirements

5. Warranty and Guarantee

  • Nano Ceramic Tinting: Lifetime warranty against bubbling, peeling, and color change
  • Paint Protection Film (PPF): 5-year warranty against yellowing and delamination
  • Ceramic Coating: 3-year warranty against premature failure
  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects and installation issues
  • Warranty does not cover damage from accidents, improper care, or normal wear

6. Customer Responsibilities

To maintain warranty coverage and ensure optimal results, customers must:

  • Follow recommended care and maintenance instructions
  • Use only approved cleaning products
  • Avoid automatic car washes for 7 days after installation
  • Report any issues within warranty period
  • Provide access to vehicle for warranty inspections if needed

7. Service Limitations

While we strive for excellence, certain limitations apply to our services:

  • Results may vary based on vehicle condition and age
  • Existing damage may affect final appearance
  • Weather conditions may impact installation timing
  • Vehicle modifications may require additional considerations

8. Cancellation and Refunds

We understand that circumstances may change. Our cancellation and refund policy:

  • Appointments can be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance
  • Deposits are refundable with proper notice
  • No refunds for completed services unless warranty applies
  • Service credits may be offered for cancelled appointments

9. Liability and Insurance
